On Sunday, November 3rd, #TeamUJC is back to run the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon!
Each year between March and April we look for runners who care about social justice to join us! If you want to fuel social change, and have fun while you’re at it, sign up for our newsletter to be in the know as we recruit our team. FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENT
$4000 by 11/10!
Minimum fundraising requirement is due one week after the race and goes to supporting the Urban Justice Center’s work on behalf of marginalized and vulnerable communities.
Runners who secure an entry for the race by qualifying or through the lottery can email Sarah at to join #TeamUJC to fundraise with us and join our team community.

Meet UJC
We are advocates. We are lawyers. We are healers, helpers, fighters, and leaders. We are New York City’s street vendors and sex workers; survivors of interpersonal violence and seekers of asylum. We are the next generation of social justice leaders – and we are waiting for you to join us.
At UJC, we incubate organizations, support vulnerable New Yorkers, create leaders, and fuel social change. This series of mini-documentaries, originally produced during the pandemic for our 2021 Community Justice Awards, provide some examples of the work we do and the clients and communities we support.
