Join Our Justice Initiators

Are you interested in making change, meeting people, and learning about New York City – but always too busy for big time commitment volunteer projects? Then join our Justice Initiators (JI)! JI is a group of passionate individuals whose regular support enables us to plan for the future. Each month, JI members have exclusive access to a Q&A session with one of our social justice leaders, giving them unique insight into today’s most urgent social justice issues. Additionally, every year, JI members who want to get more involved are welcome to apply to join our Young Professional Board.

JI meetings happen in the evenings, on the third week of every month. On January 24th, join UJC’s Executive Director, Doug Lasdon, for an exciting conversation about 2023 at UJC – a chance to hear about our priorities for the year to come, and the successes of this year that we will be building off of.
