Night Out is an annual gala in support of social justice where we invite young professionals, mentors, and public figures with a pulse on current social justice issues to network, celebrate the community, and raise awareness of UJC’s mission.
The event raises funds to provide critical services to New Yorkers in need, services such as emergency food and shelter, affordable housing, legal services and educational support that truly transform lives. Attend this electric event to enjoy art, music, entertainment, food and drinks while supporting a great cause!

WHY JOIN US?
The UJC has been fueling social change since 1984 by providing free, essential legal support to 20-25k NYers each year who can’t afford the help (from survivors of domestic violence, to homeless families, LGBTQIA+ youth, to many more), while continually mentoring the next generation of leaders in the fight for social justice. We provide crucial direct legal services, systemic advocacy, community education, & political organizing to empower marginalized communities & champion new avenues for social justice. This event raises funds to provide those critical services to New Yorkers in need – services such as emergency food and shelter for street youth, legal services for sex workers and immigrants, clinics and educational support – all which truly transform lives.
