The Urban Justice Center hosts three big fundraisers a year.

Our Community Justice Awards, usually held in the spring, honors leaders in the field of social justice, and those who have actively supported our work with New York City's poor and dispossessed.

Night Out is our big summer fundraiser, usually held at the Museum of the City of New York. We throw the doors of the museum open wide to provide our guests with exclusive nighttime access to all of the art galleries, as well as an open bar, premiere catering, music, and dancing on the terrace overlooking Central Park.

Our newest event, Justice Is Blinds, is a celebrity charity poker tournament organized by UJC Board Member Vanessa Selbst - the most winning female poker player of all time. In the first year alone, we hosted nearly 200 players, including Daniel Negreanu ("Poker Player of the Decade" - Global Poker Index), Dule Hill, Andy Frankenberger, Eric Bogosian, Hank Azaria, Erik Seidel, Jason Collins, Jazmyn Smith, Justin Pugh, and Norman Lear.
