Hakim El Nagar, a licensed mobile food vendor and SVP board member, sells shish kabobs every night in Times Square. After months of being shut down by police, he bought a video camera and spent a week recording what happened. The results, which SVP edited and released to the media, shows how police harassment against vendors plays out every day, and what vendors can do to fight back.
